Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with WrapClose for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Who handles refunds

WrapClose uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. All payments are processed by Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction. The credit card statement entry will appear as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net".

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with WrapClose for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly subscriptions ($29/month) and annual one-time purchases ($99/year). We will issue the refund without requiring justification.

3. Cancelling a monthly subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the customer portal or by emailing hello@wrapclose.com. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made.

If you were charged in error after cancelling, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

4. EU and UK consumers — cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. To exercise this right, contact hello@wrapclose.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Refunds for service failures

If WrapClose experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, contact us — we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at hello@wrapclose.com. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@wrapclose.com with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address used for your account and the approximate date of purchase.
  3. State the reason for the refund request (this helps us improve the product).
  4. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days.

8. Currency and fees

All amounts are in US Dollars (USD). Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by your bank.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Existing purchases will continue under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
